About Us

  • Nish Murthy - Founding Partner

This picture was taken 6 startups ago (how I measure time). I’ve been in the tech space for 20 years and have worked for giant companies like EMC/Dell, smaller companies like Wespire, and rapidly scaling companies like Klaviyo, Drift and Postscript to name a few. The last six years have been with three companies scaling and building from seed rounds to B rounds.

I love building new things and meeting new people. If I look back at my career, I have been really fortunate to work with tremendous people who have taught me an incredible amount. Now it’s my turn to help others.

If that wasn’t enough to fill my days, I have three fantastic kids at home who run circles around me.

  • Michelle Pietsch - Founding Partner

Over the last 10+ years, I have spent my time at early-stage start-ups like Datadog, Drift, and Dooly building the sales and GTM functions from the ground up. I enjoy building in the rapid-growth sales SaaS world and watching the organizations succeed, whether its another round of funding or IPO. Over that time, I have built teams from 3 - 100 and grown revenue from $200K - $55M+. I enjoy taking the time to understand the GTM motion and putting the right processes in place from the top of the funnel down to Customer Success and Account Management once the deals are closed.

When I'm not focused on building and scaling world-class teams, you can find me spending time with my family in Scituate, MA.

    Sean Lane - Founding Partner

I have spent more than a decade building Operations and customer-facing teams at fast-growing B2B software companies. I'm happiest when I'm solving problems and building things, and I’ve led teams across all go-to-market Operations functions, Sales Development, and Customer Success.

I spent over five years building the Operations functions at Drift (acquired by Vista Private Equity at > $1B valuation), and another five years at Upserve (also acquired by Vista Private Equity).

I’m also the host of the “Operations with Sean Lane” podcast, where we interview operators about what it takes to run companies in hypergrowth. When I’m not consulting or podcasting, I’m hanging out with my wife, my two amazing daughters, and my dog.
